Membership Registration and Fee Structure

The membership categories and applicable fees shall be as follows:

1. Membership Fee Calculation

The Financial Year (FY) shall be considered from 1st April to 31st March of the following year.

For new Student Members and General Members, the monthly membership fee shall be calculated from the month of registration up to March of the current Financial Year.

For example, if a member registers in September 2026, which falls under FY 2026–27, the monthly fee shall be calculated for 7 months: September 2026 to March 2027.

• Student Member:
  • Registration Fee: Rs. 200
  • Monthly Fee: 7 months × Rs. 10 = Rs. 70
  • Total payable at registration: Rs. 270
• General Member:
  • Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000
  • Monthly Fee: 7 months × Rs. 50 = Rs. 350
  • Total payable at registration: Rs. 1,350

2. Annual Membership Fee

For the subsequent Financial Year, the annual membership fee shall be calculated for the period from 1st April to 31st March.

For example:

• FY 2026–27: September 2026 to March 2027, if the member joins in September 2026.
• FY 2027–28: April 2027 to March 2028.

Thereafter, the membership fee shall continue to be calculated on a Financial Year basis, i.e., 1st April to 31st March.

The annual membership fee for the upcoming Financial Year shall be payable on or before 10th April.

3. Grace Period

A grace period shall be provided up to 30th April for payment of the annual membership fee.

If the applicable annual membership fee is not paid by 30th April, the membership shall be treated as cancelled/terminated with effect from the following Financial Year.

4. Lifetime Membership

A Lifetime Member shall pay a one-time membership fee of Rs. 10,000.

No monthly or annual membership fee shall be payable by a Lifetime Member thereafter.

5. Summary

• Student Member: Rs. 200 registration fee + Rs. 10 per month.
• General Member: Rs. 1,000 registration fee + Rs. 50 per month.
• Lifetime Member: Rs. 10,000 one-time fee; no further monthly or annual fee.
• For new Student and General Members, the monthly fee is calculated from the month of joining through 31st March of that Financial Year.
• Subsequent annual membership fees are calculated for the 1st April–31st March Financial Year.
• Annual membership fees should be paid by 10th April.
• Grace period: up to 30th April.
• Failure to pay by 30th April will result in cancellation/termination of membership.
